I went in for a Jelli Pedi and the entire experience was over in 16 measly minutes !! The girl was in a rush and there was no traffic at the front door . She filed my toe down so fast and hard , I’m bleeding . Had to skip out on my gel manicure . I tell the manager and he simply looks around and says he’ll talk to his employees but NEVER asked who serviced me . Didn’t offer me any accommodations . The pedicure was $38!!! For 16 minutes ? Came for a quick manicure & closed early! Like at 3. Hours posted are just that.
Maybe they shouldn’t hire techs that are older. I’ve been a customer for awhile now, but today an older woman took care of me and she either couldn’t hear me or was just plain sloppy. So dissatisfied. Sitting at another salon writing this, so her mishaps can get corrected…
This people were rude and I got my lashes done and they look like bat wings after telling the lady I wanted a natural look, she rushed my lashes Don’t waste your time
