This people were rude and I got my lashes done and they look like bat wings after telling the lady I wanted a natural look, she rushed my lashes Don’t waste your time
My nails were bulky which is whatever. If you care about shape just don’t go there but the black woman tech looked promising. The man at the front seemed to want to charge me more after the nail technician told him the price (which was high anyway) and asked the tech how many coats I had tacky. But the PEDICURE was literally 5 minutes at that. Literally the worst pedicure I had in my entire life and you know all they care about is money so when I mentioned it at the front it was shrugged off. They didn’t give complementary d... read more
Came in at 6, they close at 7, for an eyebrow wax and was turned away immediately. I tried to make an Appointment, it says “you’ll receive a confirmation if it’s accepted” never received anything. Don’t advertise that you close at 7 if you’re turning folks away for a 5 min service at 6pm. I usually go to the bellagio on harbison, I’ll continue going there. Much better service, quality, and the staff is much kinder. Never again
