Very sad to write this. I have been coming to Bellagio for years. Started coming when they opened while I was in grad school and it has just gotten worse. Today was the last straw. Came in around lunch to get a manicure and they were very busy. I asked if it would be better to come back for an appointment and she said yes and told me to come back at three.
