great food, good service, and great entertainment
Never again. I understand busy. I understand waiting. What I don't understand is lackluster customer service when it's obvious the customer is not happy. How long is too long to wait for a server to greet you and bring you water? How long is too long to receive drinks? I think any person serving should recognize when customers aren't happy and do their damndest to make it right. Don't come to Bella Gio expecting service like that. They lost my order when I went to pick up my food, with the excuse that someone with the same name as me already picked it up? They said the ONLY thing they could do would be to place the order again. No, you could have offered me something for free for giving my order away and inconveniencing me for going to your restaurant when you didn't have my food. Odd that they would let what was a loyal customer walk out of the restaurant empty handed.
Food was amazing, great service, and very nice patio.
Always a great experience at Bella'Gio. Staff is very well knowledgeable and professional. Food is not a 5 but always a 10. I love sitting outside on the patio, it really sets the mood for the night. Cocktails here are also great, always a pleasure coming to Bella'Gio
Just had my graduation party there this past weekend.. food was excellent and staff was so attentive to me and my guests!
Delicious food very, very big portions and the price is right! I've been there about seven or eight times now and recently brought friends this past Thursday night, they all enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend Bella Gio.
Food is incredible. Love the atmosphere especially outside with the fire pit and heaters. Wait staff is great. Have become friendly w one women in particular and we just love her. Highly recommend dining there.
Beautiful place! Went there today for the first time for a family dinner. Food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Looking forward to going back.
