I was shown a video of 3D printing orthotics and then handed three orthotics and I didn't even know I needed orthotics or what was going on. This was my first time at a podiatrist 's office and I was scared! However, Dr. KUPRA put me at ease. The visit took time but he was very careful and obviously skilled. He was thorough and kind.I am grateful to have found him. BTW the office is in the old Kokopelli building in case you are in Prescott looking for it. Thank you, Dr.Kupra!!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with what felt like a genuine hello. The gals in the front were attentive throughout my entire visit, always checking on my comfort Dr Krupa is amazing, caring, thorough, explained every step he was performing and why The appointment was a painless experience I have no regrets and will go back
It’s truly uncommon to have a great experience at a doctor’s office! But on a blustery day I went to Bellagio Foot and Ankle—my first podiatry visit ever. The MA’s were kind, knowledgeable and pleasant; they doubled as receptionists—rare to have such a warm welcome. Clearly Dr. Krupa empowers them to suggest diagnostics—in this case x-rays to see if my bone was broken—and the my returned saying he agreed they should get the x-ray which they did in-office.
