My mother was scheduled for an appointment at this office, and after being kept waiting for over 2.5 hours with no doctor ever coming in, I made the decision for her to leave and seek care elsewhere. Instead of apologizing for the unacceptable delay and lack of professionalism, this office retaliated in one of the most disturbing ways imaginable. By far the absolute worst experience ever. The provider literally sat down giving me her back facing her laptop and they use a system which has another person from a different country !! Yes different country basically taking notes for clinician. This other lady helped the clinician sending some medications that are very concerning to me help the clinician with dosage start and taper etc. I initially went here because according to the information I received the merge may bought Esperanza hope center.
