The office manager is a horrible person I could find better staff she’s rude obnoxious
I am a repeat client at this spa. I have had treatments from both Chrissy and Kellie and both women are fantastic at what they do. Incredibly professional and kind. I recently called to schedule an appt for a massage after a trip, and while they did not have an opening, the receptionist (also great) suggested a facial. I realized after changing climates, this was actually what I needed. Kellie was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and explained every step along the way. I learned so much about my skin. She was very thorough and thoughtful!
Had C02 laser there and the person who did it didn't go deep enoungh on the skin because I had barely any redness no pealing of skin and after 4 months it looks no better at all. Charged me full price almost 3000.00 for face and neck. Waste of money. Never did they even make an appointment after to see results. Very disappointed. Charging way too much money! For nothing!
