Absolutely awful experience, I made an appointment while my mom was out here visiting from Maryland. We walked in with no warm welcome, we were told the policy is $100 minimum to TRY on a dress. Perhaps they should have mentioned that on the phone when I made the appointment. First experience dress shopping didn't go too well. Make sure to bring your credit card if you plan on TRYING a dress here.

By far B'ellagance Bridal has the most selection in terms of Wedding Gowns, Prom and Accessories for Wedding . Christine and Bella are very professional and knowledgeable . They are also very honest and friendly. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Please visit B'ellagance Bridal walk-in is always available to them and appointment you can set up with them also.

At first, they were okay at best because despite the lack of sizes and style variety, I was able to find a dress that I really liked. They were also very helpful when going through the whole trying-on-dresses ordeal, but overall, their service is horrible. They rarely answer their phone (every time I've called, I get the machine). When I went to pick out and try on my dress, I was told that I would need alterations and that I should be receiving a call the next week regarding my dress.
