Seemed very professional friendly. Looked at the I Had a photo to reference. Unfortunately worst crooked bangs I have ever gotten at a salon uneven at the hair line heavy to one side of my head so crooked at the brow line I'm afraid to try and correct them for fear of making them too short I'm so disappointed. Maybe she was just having a bad day
