I never leave bad reviews but the more I look at my nails, the more frustrated I become. I went in today for builder gel on my natural (long) nails. They were trimmed down shorter than I wanted which was no big deal however they were repeatedly filed throughout the service and I was left with stubs of nails below my skin as if I was a nail biter. I absolutely love getting my nails done at this salon! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and talented. A special shout-out to Kim, who truly is the best! She always takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and makes my nails look amazing every time. The whole team is wonderful, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!
Super clean place very nice staff.
I always give salons at least 2 chances before writing a review. I went for the first time a few weeks ago for dip manicure. The first manicure I got chipped 3 days after I got them done and I had go get them redone completely a week later. The second set chipped after 4 days. It is super unfortunate because they shaped the nails beautifully but for my nails to just completely fall apart after a week of getting them done is not acceptable in my opinion for the price. I’ll be going elsewhere.
