Absolutely amazing community. Like most of Nokomis the population is mostly baby boomers. Everyone is super friendly. You feel like you are in a resort. You're just minutes from Nokomis Beach and Casey Key. Close to Tampa and Venice. They have great gym, pool, hot tub and a load of awesome activities. Plus it borders a golf course
Started last September (2020) with warranty department about poor drainage between between homes. Here we are (Feb 21st) still not corrected. 1 year home inspection next month hopefully Taylor Morrison will be be proactive...not counting on it.
As a previous reviewer, and neighbor mentioned, most of the reviews are from sales agents, realtors, or trades men who work at Bellacina by Casey Key. They do not live here and haven’t had to deal with the aggravation that building a Taylor Morrison home brings. My review is not of the community, Bellacina by Casey Key. Taylor Morrison claims to be one of the nation's leading and highest-quality homebuilders. What TM DOESN'T tell you is that they choose the HOA manager that is in place until the HOA turns over to us, which is estimated for June 2021. That HOA manager is Pope Properties. Pope, which is nothing more than a non-co-owned extension of Taylor Morrison, has been so incredibly pathetic in terms of maintenance. How pathetic?
