Made an appt. on Sunday for the first visit, and they sent me confirmation and reminder massage via email & text total 4 times and got a rude text message saying she is running late 30 min. on nextTuesday, the appt day, and got second text saying another 15 minute will be late.. Wasted my time and what a joke!
Kristy did a good job even though directions for the certain hair cut my daughter had in mind was followed.
EDIT: Taking this down to 1 star because on top of eye damage, peeling skin burn on my face, and the disrespectful response from this business - the perm washed out with 1 plain cold water rinse less than 72 hours after this experience. I was told to rinse my hair with plain water, no shampoo or products by the stylist, I have a doctors appointment this friday, they responded to my request for a refund with a snarky demand of a physician's report, so I'll probably provide this report to the BBB rather than play their games. ... read more
Super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! Great people and salon. My hair looks fabulous and I left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!
