Please stop lying. I called your salon numerous times, left a voice mail asking that you, Alisa, the owner and our stylist, would "please call me back to schedule an appointment". I did not ask for you to give me someone else's time. That's ridiculous and it's a lie. I left a message with one of your staff asking if you could please call me back to talk in person. I was following your instructions as to: "call in advance". You didn't return my call nor my message, and now you're making false accusations.
Made an appt. on Sunday for the first visit, and they sent me confirmation and reminder massage via email & text total 4 times and got a rude text message saying she is running late 30 min. on nextTuesday, the appt day, and got second text saying another 15 minute will be late.. Wasted my time and what a joke!
