Worst customer service ever experienced! – I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi for this salon months ago and I've been trying to make an appointment ever since. I've cut them some slack for being booked every time I call because usually it's just a day or two in advance. Worst Customer Service! – I had the misfortune of getting my haircut at this salon recently due to a purchased coupon from Livingsocial. One would think that businesses offer these discounts to bring in more business and build a loyal cliental base... Apparently it appears to be quite the oppopsite with the owner of Bella Vita Salon.
