First off I should say that I had been a patient here for a few years. I was going to the Trophy Club location prior, bot migrated over here when they had the fire in that office. The rating is because I received nothing letting me know that this office has closed. I was scheduled for a cleaning today, 5/12/2025, and when I arrived the doors were locked and the office was dark. No message on the voicemail and no way to contact anyone is all I know. I was saving money in an account at Bella Vita for a procedure. I saved a small but decent anmount and then the previous Dentist sold the business to another Dentist. The new Dentist refuses to give me my full amount saved despite having evidence that I did pay that much into that account for that procedure, and has only allowed me to use $200 of my saved dollars as a credit.
