Jennifer Aguilar the community manager is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and is always helpful in finding solutions . The property is well taken care of and office is always welcoming. Jennifer takes care of all your needs in a kind and respectful way, and is a great leader for the employees on site. Maintenance is also friendly and helpful, they work really hard out in this summer heat. I recommend this property as a quiet, peaceful community to call home!
The Bella Vita is a nice place to live. It is quiet, comfy, and cozy. It has a lovely walking path and a nice pool area. Everything is well managed and clean. My neighbor's are super sweet as well as the management and maintenance staff. They are so kind and easy to work with.
A quiet, clean, and friendly little apartment community in the heart of Waxahachie. It's been a beautiful home to return to day after day. I especially love the modern amenities and the friendly pets that I see people walking around. I'm glad to have started my life in Texas here.
Management is so nice and understanding. The apartment is spacious and the layout is perfect. I cannot wait until pool time in the summer! Great place to live!
