Great location, but very poor management. When I rented the apartment, I had to return three times due to contract errors, and the price was different each time. The second issue was parking. They did not have the resident parking sticker and told me to come back later. I returned two more times and still no sticker. When they finally received it, instead of delivering it to my apartment (as they do with bills and notices), they had my car towed. Another problem is trash disposal. Jennifer Aguilar the community manager is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and is always helpful in finding solutions . The property is well taken care of and office is always welcoming. Jennifer takes care of all your needs in a kind and respectful way, and is a great leader for the employees on site. Maintenance is also friendly and helpful, they work really hard out in this summer heat. I recommend this property as a quiet, peaceful community to call home!
The Bella Vita is a nice place to live. It is quiet, comfy, and cozy. It has a lovely walking path and a nice pool area. Everything is well managed and clean. My neighbor's are super sweet as well as the management and maintenance staff. They are so kind and easy to work with.
A quiet, clean, and friendly little apartment community in the heart of Waxahachie. It's been a beautiful home to return to day after day. I especially love the modern amenities and the friendly pets that I see people walking around. I'm glad to have started my life in Texas here.
