This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and we loved The owner Kelly - she is a hoot! What a fun time with friends. Definitely need to add Bella Vita as a must do if you are in the area.
I've worked in plenty of restaurants and the way the owner handled my complaint about my lasagna portion size was definitely not how you do it. You handled that in the worst way ever. ..and spoiled my parents anniversary dinner with your completely inappropriate customer service and allegations. When someone says that they don't want to listen to you blather on about your products, do them a favor and remove yourself.
My new favorite restaurant! Their sauces and dressings are delicious. We both cleared our plates. I can’t wait to go back.
