They raise rent a ridiculous amount each year and then when you leave after your lease is done they do everything they can to get more money from you and screw you over. They wanted me to pay an extra month after my lease was over because I didn't give them a long enough notice. Don't rent from them if you plan on leaving them cause it will cost a lot to leave.
Please do not move to Bella Vista. The current management company is horrible & the manager definitely shows favoritism. Please pass on this property for your next home.
love the unit I am in, but as for the management, there is none. I still have yet to get a lease or anything reflecting what is is exactly I pay in rent. all I have gotten so far is 2 notices on my door regarding a water bill, the 1st one for the month before I moved in, and the notices only give a P O box to send the payment to. did get another notice on my door stating we could pay our rent now on Zillow and water payments via PayPal. They do not have a website, the rental office is not regularly staffed.
