Awesome service! Had a crown and filling on the same day, Easy Peasy!!! Love it. Worked with Sergio and Dr Tran, great experience all around .
Nice clinic, good quality (as I can find), friendly staff, but very slow and disrespectful about everything what is about timing. I spent 3h there, but it could easily be reduced by half with a little of effort. More than 40 min waiting after getting anesthetic before they actually started a procedure. That's why I needed another one again! Nobody even apologized for that. But besides that and the all of the waitings, I should admit, everything was fine. First of all the office staff is amazingly friendly, Kim was/is so encouraging, knowledgeable & helpful. They do everything they can to schedule your appointment to your availability. They will answer all questions & if they don’t know. They will research until they do. When other doctors couldn’t/wouldn't make a temporary bridge so I could attend Christmas festivities with teeth..
