We had Bella Vista Pools replaster & tile our old swimming pool. We worked with their sales rep, Terry. Right from the start he was very thorough and friendly. If there was anything negative to say it would be the start to finish date. Was told it would be done super quick - like a week total. I don't understand why this company has 5-star reviews. My experience with them has been horrible. Do your research before hiring them. They built a pool in my house a year ago and they still haven't come for the final inspection. I also have problems with a pipe. They came and only changed a plug, and it started leaking again. We paid $93,000 and they left a hole in the cement that looks really ugly! Bill was nothing short of amazing. He was ahead of schedule, on budget and very professional. I live 3.5 hours away therefore I wasn't able to see the progress much in person. He sent photos, was informative and communicative. I bid him and 3 other contractors, he was second lowest, but I noticed what was "standard equipment" for Bella Vista was an "upgrade" for all the other companies.
