Bill was nothing short of amazing. He was ahead of schedule, on budget and very professional. I live 3.5 hours away therefore I wasn't able to see the progress much in person. He sent photos, was informative and communicative. I bid him and 3 other contractors, he was second lowest, but I noticed what was "standard equipment" for Bella Vista was an "upgrade" for all the other companies.
