Customer Service was great 2 years ago. Sadly that is no longer the case. They do not take your time into consideration, they will remind you constantly about your appointment but they do not let you know when they are running so far behind and people are piling up in the office. How hard is it to call someone and let them know before they drive all the way across town that they are running late and we could come a little bit later? I believe Dario is awesome! He cleaned up my glasses and he was so kind the entire visit. He made my frames look be within 10 minutes even with a busy phone in the office! Im definitely gonna be coming by again. Thank you!
