A decent complex, the biggest issue is the HOA. We’re paying nearly $500 a month in HOA fees, and all that’s really taken care of is the lawn maintenance. It’s not a family oriented neighborhood, as there is no playground, walking space, or even backyard space. The pool is also small and never clean. The HOA picks and chooses which rules they want to enforce. They allow some residents to get away with breaking some rules, and then threaten other residents with a fine for doing the same thing. Place seems like a good place to live with the exception of the mail boxes facility. One box has a door missing, and their is mail in it.
