I’d love to give zero stars. This is what’s happening in my Sisters apartment. Huge leak creating mold for weeks, Maintenenace did not contain (close off) the exposed opened area, did not repair the leak as it is continually dripping and dripping and the Leasing Office does not answer their telephone. They did not even offer to relocate them for the repairs to be done correctly and in accordance with local and state laws regarding mold remediation and/or water intrusion. Do not rent from this place!!!

Its June and still no working AC.. the thermostat read 89° at 10pm last night.. im just thankful my mom is able to my 4mnth old to her place in the after noon this is unbearable

I needed a place to rent just to stay from January to the end of May because I planned on moving out of state to the northeast when the weather got warm enough to make the trip in my car. I signed and paid in full a 6-month lease for a studio and told the T&C rep that I would only be staying 5 months until the weather improved so I could travel.
