Brian and Julie were absolutely amazing! Brian was incredibly gentle and sweet throughout the entire process, which made me feel so comfortable. Julie was just as wonderful — she kept great conversation, was so kind, and very complimenting. Their energy made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be coming back to both of them. Highly recommend! ✨
Had a great experience today at this nail salon. I had the pleasure of getting Julie as my nail tech, and she was truly amazing very speedy and very delicate as well and accommodating would definitely recommend and come back again.
I’ve seen the salon’s standard response to negative reviews — an apology and an invitation to “call to make things right.” Unfortunately, in my case, that isn’t enough. This wasn’t a matter of being “less than satisfied.” A non-consensual attempt to remove an “ingrown toenail” (which a doctor later confirmed was not ingrown) caused a serious injury that now requires surgical treatment. Their prices don’t add up. How does a pedicure that’s $50 plus removal of acrylics on nails/toes, combined with a $30 off stamp card add up to $90 ? No something is off and this place doesn’t give you a peace of mind. People want to come in and get what they asked for + relax , not constantly be asked for additional services. Do better !!!
I’ve been going to this place since they opened. Apparently they’re under new management. I went in for a deluxe pedicure, and acrylic removal in my hands and feet and the new owner was literally trying to make me pay for extra services I did not ask for. I had a $30 off from my stamp card being full, and I told her I wanted the deluxe pedicure but she told me to get the lavender pedicure which was $8 more. Then she kept asking if I wanted a full set of nails or gel on my toes after the pedicure and I insisted that I didn’t.... read more
