I went to get a pedicure and the guy that did it went over my feet with the scrubby thing very lightly and I asked him twice to go back over it to get the dead skin and he said he was going to go back later and get it but he didn’t. That’s one of the main reasons I had gone to get a pedicure but he didn’t do it. I went with my sister and my cousin and both of their nails were messed up as well. Visited saturday at noon. Very clean establishment with kind smiling faces. Loved the service and nails but my nail artist did the checkout, maybe he didn't understand but I told him there's a new client deal advertised and he didn't let me do the 10% off for new clients or collect points on my purchase. Also didn't like the cat eye selections.
this is my favorite spot close to castroville! specifically tracy is my nail tech who i’ve seen for a few sets now and she is the absolute sweetest!!!! she perfects my inspiration pics every single time and she always has fun new ideas for my nails which i love! my little sister and i both got full sets and pedicures today and couldn’t be more happy! we love palazzo! the pink set is the one tracy previously did for me, navy blue set i just got, and bright blue is my little sisters!
