Parking is horrific. Nothing gets done about it. Overpriced, pay higher amount to live in a gated secure area and the gates don’t even work, hot tub has been broken and supposedly fixed but not working. With the snow the parking lot is like an ice skating rink, one would think that they would want to salt the parking lot and stairs to avoid injury, nope.
