No complaints! Great JOB done installing York Heating and Air system. They all knew their job and did it extremely well.
I CALLED THEM ON WEDNESDAY ABOUT HAVING MY A/C CHECKED ON FRIDAY, BUT THEY WERE BOOKED ALL DAY FRIDAY. SO HE TOLD ME HE COULD COME OUT OF THURSDAY, BUT COULD NOT GIVE ME A TIME DUE TO THE WEATHER, THAT WAS FINE. SO I TOOK THE DAY OFF ON THURSDAY, WITHOUT PAY, AND WAITED UNTIL 5:10 PM BEFORE I CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM NOT TO BOTHER, THAT I WOULD CALL HIM IF I NEEDED HIM. I ENDED UP CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY AND GOT IF FIXED THURSDAY AFTER 5:00 PM AND FOR A LOWER SERVICE CALL THAN BVHA QUOTED.
