As an academic and researcher I found this office and entire staff to be the most professional, caring, committed and knowledgeable Optometry clinic I have ever experienced! It is independent not run by some corporation with time limits and sale interests. Highly recommended with no reservations.
First time to see Dr. Jackson. His office is clean, comfortable and staff was welcoming & friendly. The exam was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed and Dr. Jackson was on time. While I was there, he attended to 2 other clients and yet I was in & out within an hour. I didn’t have to ask for my prescriptions, they already had them printed out for me. They showed me how to order contacts online easily. Very personable & attentive! He understood my concerns regarding the cost of glasses & contacts for the family. I also watched h... read more
