Beautiful homes and nice people, but tax rate is too high and HOA to boot. Don't forget that you can't write off taxes over $10,000 a year, called the SALT limit, so you really are wasting money buying homes with 1.5% tax rates.
I just tried to show my family this beautiful home and I thought I'd make it since it says it closes at 6pm. Well clearly they close earlier we got there at 520 and they where closed! Ugh
