Helpful and knowledgeable! If you are getting married, you need to go here. The whole place is like being in a mansion or a palace. I loved the huge mirrors that go all the way up to the high ceilings. You can really get a feel for how your dress is going to look in a church or at the reception here. We sat down with a consultant who asked us what we were looking for and then led me right to a selection of dresses that were just what i asked for. Wedding Dress Shopping I love this place. I bought my dress before they moved so i am looking for a good excuse to go take a look at their new building. Obviously I went in looking for a wedding dress but I wasn't really having much luck and was getting discouraged. The young lady that helped me out was so helpful and knew how to listen to me. Very Professional and talented I am so jealous. I got my dress at Bella Vista last spring but I went in last weekend with a friend of mine and they moved into the most beautiful building. The experience I had with my friend prompted me to give a thank you to them for doing such a great job with my wedding. Horrible Unless you want to over pay for a dress that is three years old and not receive it on time, then go here. I for warn anyone who would like to purchase a dress from here. No one knows what is going one. The dress does not come on time, the alterations are horrible. Everyone that I talked to told me not to go here, I should of listened. Go here find the dress online and order it from a different store. TRUST ME
My smile said it all. I had a meeting with my photographer yesterday to go over pictures from my portrait session, and my Mom made a comment that made me think about how much I love my wedding dress. Lovely shop but do your research wow! It seems that my comment on the lovely country shop was deleted. I found the same exact dress (same designer) at a lovely country shop for a cheaper price....and not only did the little country shop have this dress but many other shops had it for a cheaper price, the difference was more than $500! Terrible customer service. Stay away. The owner/manager was extremely rude to my wife and very unaccomodating. My wife only took about 30 minutes of her day to find a wedding dress. She made rude remarks about how she had waited too long to order a dress and she would have to take one from stock. She still ended up spending nearly 2000 dollars on a dress with the help of the very accomodating sales associate. I didn't find this out until later and I was irate. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. buyer beware my daughter had a problem with a past salesperson, but once she went in , the staff assisted to her situation, now she is looking forward to the arrival of her beautiful wedding dress that she could have gotten at 50 different stores in sc. yes she is so humble, but as her mother i am not, i do not suggest you be so desperate for a dress that you enter this door of destruction.
