I would NEVER recommend this bridal shop. I'm very disappointed that I purchased my wedding dress from this shop. Finding 'the perfect dress' is supposed to be the happiest moment of the wedding planning experience and it was up until after purchasing my dress. My bridesmaids found their dresses and after much confusion trying to place the deposit for their dresses, we get the order placed. I just wanted to give a quick thanks to Bella Vista for taking such good care of me and my family. It was so nice to be able to simply sit back and relax while a consultant helped my daughter try on dresses. Laura really listened to what we were asking for, and then took my daughter to find some dresses that fit the bill. They came back with some of the most beautiful dresses we had seen anywhere and went through each one, without any rush or hassle. Helpful and knowledgeable! If you are getting married, you need to go here. The whole place is like being in a mansion or a palace. I loved the huge mirrors that go all the way up to the high ceilings. You can really get a feel for how your dress is going to look in a church or at the reception here. We sat down with a consultant who asked us what we were looking for and then led me right to a selection of dresses that were just what i asked for. Wedding Dress Shopping I love this place. I bought my dress before they moved so i am looking for a good excuse to go take a look at their new building. Very Professional and talented I am so jealous. I got my dress at Bella Vista last spring but I went in last weekend with a friend of mine and they moved into the most beautiful building. The experience I had with my friend prompted me to give a thank you to them for doing such a great job with my wedding. Horrible Unless you want to over pay for a dress that is three years old and not receive it on time, then go here. I for warn anyone who would like to purchase a dress from here. No one knows what is going one. The dress does not come on time, the alterations are horrible. Everyone that I talked to told me not to go here, I should of listened.
