Fantastic service - contacted them with a general tapware question and Gabriel was quick to get in contact and then fix a completely separate issue (plus give some advice on what options I would have to sort out the initial query). Much appreciated.
I bought bath and after a week it’s cracked.they don’t want to replace.very bad people.very bad customer service.very poor quality product don’t buy from them.
Shout out to Gabriel for excellent service. Helped step me through steps to diagnose an issue for a leaky water tap over the phone, organised time the next day and fixed the issue on the spot (changed o ring size, replace with free water spout, tested tap a couple of times, wipe excess grime off the backboard for a clean finish - I noticed the attention to detail - good job).
