Great service, very clean apts! Great customer service
My wife and I moved into the property a couple months back, Hayley made the process of moving in super easy and has been fantastic at keeping this property running! From after hours emergencies when we didn’t have hot water for my infant son she got on it right away and the maintenance team was here super quick to fix the water heater! I truly recommend the property and have even had some of our friends move in! Excellent service! Thanks Hayley and team!
Absolutely terrible place. Moved here out of state only to have the first apartment we signed was for to be given to some other person. Was put in a different unit temporarily had to wait over a month to go to our new unit because they took so long to install new appliances. Got to the new unit found dead roaches on the in the kitchen, bedroom carpets, bathtub and so on. Don't expect a clean washing machine either. The ones in both units are gross, rusted and moldy. From the second I reached out to this property, they have been nothing but amazing! The tour was quick and efficient, the customer service is above and beyond! Hayley is really doing an amazing job. I usually wait to do reviews but we have been here for 3 weeks already and it’s been the smoothest transition I have ever dealt with! Hayley is AMAZING!
