Constant construction of everything possible year round-this will always be it appears. Water shut down often enough. Pool overrun by kids as a daycare. The apartments pretty much absorb heat during hot days. Very thin walls, you hear everyone’s apt. and business. The apartment I do like itself for the price but those all can get pretty annoying. We just finally got the worker with his leaf blower to hopefully stop loudly waking everyone not up yet at 8-9am every morning-at least I hope this is gone for good. So insanely lou... read more

Currently live here and cant wait to move out. The parking garage leaks and floods every time it rains. Part of the garage roof collapsed 2 weeks ago and still have not fixed it and everyone has to park on the already crowded street. When i first moved in 1.5 years ago they were supposedly fixing the garage. I also pay extra for parking. $2100 a month for 1 bedroom/studio in this area is outrageous. People use the laundry machines between 11pm and 5am every week including weekends. People blasting music late at night. Zero c... read more
