Ok, i'll set the record straight. I currently live here and I have honestly never had a problem out of any of the staff. Office, maintenance , cleaning. Every single one has been kind and friendly. Yes, sometimes cleaning and repairs can take time to get done, but with 200 units here what do you expect? And the more important repairs are always fixed as soon as possible. You can't expect perfection from low income apartments, but I can tell you from experience this is THE nicest low income area i've ever been in .

People can say what they want about the property, but the truth is, we have worked very hard at cleaning up the property while working along with the Clermont County Sheriffs office to ensure it stays that way. If you have any doubts about applying there, call the sheriffs office and ask them what has been done with the property in the past 7 1/2 years. People can say what they want about the community but to be honest u know when u move into a income based apartment it is not gonna be perfect u cannot be that picky when ur in need of help personally Mildred has helped me through all that I've been going through if u stay to yourself and do what u need to do then u won't need to worry about what everyone else is doing
Tiffany you never lied about that.. We wont go into details, but the office people knows I cant stand them. The only one that has common sense is Mildred. Everything you said in your review is nothing but the truth.
this is by far the worst place I've ever lived at. The office lady Jody's isnt nothing but a b**** . she says she's trying to get drugs out of this communities, but her Son is the biggest drug attic there.the maintenance men getto fix eveything,takes forever to fix anything, and walks in your house whenever they feel like it.the cleaning lady only plays on her phone all day it's hard to tell when the hallways are really going to get cleaned. these apartments are absolutely disgusting they're not worth a penny in my eyes.they... read more
