Manager is the worst.
Bad management
Very unhealthy place to live. You rarely see tenants outside of their apartment because they can't stand the thought of seeing the horrible manager or one of the almost constant controlling notes they leave on your door! Some have even moved out because they were concerned that the harassment from management was causing health problems. The place has been plagued with mold since it opened too.
