1 Star for new balcony’s, 1 Star for reasonable rent for a good unit. -1 Star for the abundance of trash tendants leave in the building/outside, -1 Star for your assigned parking spot always being taken, and -1 for the controlled access door always being messed with and damaged. This would not be a bad building if it were not for the residents who trash and break things on the property.
