would give this place a zero if I could. Staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and very lazy. They yell at you and get combative at every question. Nothing gets fixed. Super sketchy building. Very dirty. got charged for utilities even after my lease was done for 3 months and never got any of that money back. No one answers the phones. To provide a 2nd opinion before signing a lease with Goldmark. I've lived here for 2 years now and can convey a better idea of the living conditions that you'll encounter. It seems like the new management is making strives back to instill peace of mind living at their residences. Big shout out to Josh, and maintenance crew for getting things done! 1 Star for new balcony’s, 1 Star for reasonable rent for a good unit. -1 Star for the abundance of trash tendants leave in the building/outside, -1 Star for your assigned parking spot always being taken, and -1 for the controlled access door always being messed with and damaged. This would not be a bad building if it were not for the residents who trash and break things on the property. Leaving your full trash bags outside the entrance, breaking/or propping open the locking access door and leaving trash throughout the hallwa... read more
