I had an awful experience living here. Do not trust a word the folks at the leasing office speak. They are only nice until the lease is signed and are downright rude after that. They will almost never answer your calls but hound you with calls if they need something from you. The bald guy who works here thinks he owns the place but he's only as relevant as the number of hair strands he has on his head. Apartment complex has beautiful plants and trees all over. It has the best swimming pool and gym. Beatriz, Reina and the manager in apartment office are so helpful and friendly.
Noisy and terribly managed. I've lived in a few apartments in the area. This is the noisiest one, although I intentionally picked a top floor unit. Every night I can hear the sound of shower and toilet from adjacent units. Airplanes fly over every minute after 5:30am. I reported these issues to the management but emails are simply ignored.
