Booked a 3pm appointment on Sunday with their stupid AI assistant as it is the only way and drove 2 hours from San Jose only for nobody to show up to the confirmed appointment. Im sure the rest of the property is managed just as horribly.
I toured Bella Vista Apartments with Beatriz Rojas, and she made the entire experience fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. She walked me through multiple unit options, explained lease details clearly, and highlighted amenities that matched what I was looking for. She even followed up the same day with additional floor plan details. Beatriz made me feel welcome and confident about my decision—highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home!
Scheduled an appointment to tour the community the next day at 12:30pm. Arrived at 12:25pm, the door is locked with a note “out for lunch, return at 2pm”… We waited till 2pm just because we heard good things about this place and want to see it in person. Didn’t get greeted till 2:30pm.
