Have been living in these apartments for a while now. In the last 1.5/2 years it’s gone downhill. No maintenance request is being completed in a time bound manner. One of the maintenance technicians has not been available for the last 6/7 months and they have not hired a replacement. The result is that the tenants are suffering and the maintenance crew is always running behind. Incompetent and unethical staff: I confirmed availability of apartment as advertised on website over phone. On reaching leasing office, was told, website is incorrect (really, in Dec 2025 your website takes weeks to update?). Apartment available at higher pricing and much later date. On complaining for wasted trip, was mockingly told : "we made mistake, what do you want to do?" Posting a review so other rental prospects are aware of the incompetent management.
