Definitely not recommend this apartment, the leasing office is not responsive nor helpful. The garbage place is always full of trash, the stair hallway is dirty and lights are not working properly. During my stay, I live with 30 dB constant noise from the maintenance room for 15days until someone come to fix it.

I’ve had a pretty good experience so far. Aliera and David have been very helpful! I moved from Los Angeles and I wasn’t able to visit the property until I moved in. Aliera made this transition much easier for me. As a teacher it can be tough to move in the summer, but this is making prep for next year easier. ***update 7/26/25*** After being here almost a month maintenance has been quick to address concerns.
