It was great at first in 2024 then I guess the company sold to BH. They fired all personnel. Huge mistake. The office staff was rude and inconsiderate. Lied to us and eventually got our family evicted. The upstairs neighbors you can hear them talking and they sound like they are stomping around all the time. I even hear the girl in the bedroom above my son yell shut up to him. There’s also dog poop everywhere outside and vagrants sleeping right outside in the wash. Definitely do not recommend living here.
I have been living here in Bella Vista for a year and I want to tell you that the place is fantastic, it is clean, it is private, they always maintain the entire place... the people are friendly and the office staff is fabulous, friendly and professional. The pools are always clean, the gym is always clean and available. Also free of cigarettes and cockroaches, in the year that I have been here I have never seen one.... the apartments are clean and modern, I recommend it 100%.
Are these apartments Eviction Friendly?
I came for a tour and Reina toured me and showed me everything this complex has to offer I inquired about a two bedroom for my daughter and I and she showed me all the floor plans they had available.
After reading some negative reviews I was hesitating on making this an option to live at but after my appt with Briana this is now my #1 option. She is such a great help and gives that good energy vibe she make sures to listen to what you are requesting from budget to views to floor plan Overall she goes above and beyond, the best tour i experienced. The property is super clean and has a nice 24 hour fitness which i loveee! I would 1000% recommend to rent here and ignore all the bad reviews, its better if you get your own ex... read more
