I lived here for three years and the first two years were great. Management was kind and they stayed on top of their stuff. The last year new management has been extremely unprofessional and rude. Basic maintenance they charge you absurd amounts for and they come in at random times with no explanation and try to give violations for things that make literally no sense like having toys on your balcony or having food in your garbage disposal. Make cautious decisions when applying to live here. They encourage the people who they know will not pass their background check to apply. Manager claims that her supervisor has authority to override a misdemeanor charge from 5 years ago (not a drug or theft charge) still failed the check and waisted money on application and took time off work to begin the process
