Instead of spending money on curbs , how abt a hard shell cover over playground or swings or basketball court , kids need more here to play on . The play area needs to be covered it's hot in the sun. And smoking areas for people who smoke , more tables n grills , there's no tables or grills in the back . Much needed !!! Just my opinion. Also the drain needs cleaning out soo the water can drain ( on south side) where the dogs use to run n play, it's nothing now but a mosquito pool. Unclog the drain pipe. Beautiful, elegant place with all the necessary amenities and luxuries. It features beautiful lawns, a gym, and swimming pools, in a quiet and very safe location. The downside is the numerous requirements and the excessive waiting time, not to mention the stress of the paperwork and requirements. You need a lot of patience.
Before moving in, we were staying at a different apartment complex that just, let's just say, wasn't very kid friendly. You see, I am a recovering addict, and where we were was a test and a trial on my cleanliness and sobriety. After I did my research, I put my application in and they called me almost immediately. Sue and her staff were very welcoming and informative, as well as understanding of my background. I've lived here 2 1/2 years if anything has gone wrong it gets fixed promptly and I love my apartment.
Sue and Lenny are wonderful landlords! They work with you on any questions you have, if you ask a question they don't have the answer to right away they find the answer in a timely fashion! They make the application process smooth and get you in rather quick as long as you get what they need as soon as possible! The maintenance guys do a great job when working on any work orders you put in! Living here is great and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!
