They just towed my 84 monte carlo ss because they didn't like the way it looked. I'm a resident of 8 years with car being here the whole time. Didn't give 3 day notice. Just slapped a sticker on it they said and it was towed in less then 24 hours. The car runs and tires wasn't even flat. Only reason given was it hasn't moved in awhile
Been here 5 years January 2023 ! New update It's turned from good to Very Bad ! Just wanting to move and leave here is terrible . Neighbor's boyfriend David Powell threaten me with harm in February 2023 . Happened more than once I filled a Police Report , went to Housing Authority Gainesville TX . NO Help with them or the Office of Bella Vista Apts. Now No repairs or upkeep of my Apt are being conducted in a timely manner ! A lot of Pure Trash is here . I've put in applications (6)which have a nominal fee, for the past four years, there's NEVER anything available ,(1BDR)... after reading several reviews I'm almost frightened to continue the pursuit, plus I'm praying that this isn't a color/ race issue.. and I know it's Friday and everyone is waiting for the weekend, however I've been calling since 4:30pm literally NO ANSWER 🤔🧐 P.S.
