The worst experience I have ever had. The heat in my unit is not sufficient to heat the apartment and the unit is freezing cold. This would not be a huge issue if Avenue Living took the problem seriously. Instead they lied to me, told me a manage would be in touch within the hour and when I called back several hours later the Medicine Hat receptionist named Shayla hung up the phone after I was told by her colleagues to call her directly for the information.
