Some days are rough but I love working with the residents and love hearing about what they did in life every day I learn something new about each resident � and love how we have awesome team work and some pretty amazing managers �
Working at Bella Vista has been the most rewarding work experience of my life. Not a day goes by that a resident makes my day with their story, their kind gesture or just a shout out in the dining room to let me know they know I'm there. There is a certain energy and enthusiasm the staff has that makes the community lively. I've never worked with such an amazing staff and leadership team! We continue to challenge the status quo to try to excel in every area. Thank you for having me be part of your community!
I have just ended my 8th year at Bella� I love my resident , there family and the Bella vista family!! I'm glad to be part of the team �
