RecommendedI absolutely love working here! We have such a wonderful family here- employees and our residents- presenting an atmosphere that you can easily call home. It also has quite a history behind it, with a beautiful view of Menominee Park and Lake Winnebago. I can truly and honestly say that I love coming in to work every day! The sense of pride I feel and that I see in the other employees and residents is heartwarming. I love seeing the staff from every department come together to make sure the residents needs are met, and every day I see someone go above and beyond to make sure our residents get the best care possible. I love what I do and I am so happy I am a part of life at Bella Vista!
My grandma was very happy here the past 5 years. Our family is grateful for the friendly and caring staff that had supported her daily. They accommodated her love of plants and gardening and an activity director helped get her out of her comfort zone to participate in “volleyball” which she ended up loving. Thank you!
I have worked for Senior Lifestyle coming up on 5 years! Although that may speak for itself, Bella Vista has become like a second home. I'm deeply thankful to work with such a dedicated, fun, compassionate group of people who truly care about our residents!
I have been employed at Bella Vista for 6 months now. It is always scary starting a new job, but the staff and residents at Bella Vista quickly made me feel right at home and welcome. My favorite part is getting to know the staff and residents. Everyone has a story to tell and love hearing each and every one of them. I am truly blessed.
I have worked at Bella Vista for almost eight years now and the residents and staff have become like a second family to me. Our community has a warm and friendly atmosphere with a caring and compassionate staff. The view is beautiful overlooking the lake and I'm able to enjoy the view from the concierge desk every day. I'm able to assist the residents, their families and visitors when they come to the desk which has been very rewarding for me. Bella Vista has my heart!!!
I am been blessed to work alongside an amazing team working towards the common goal of excellence in service to our phenomenal residents. The possibilities are endless at this gem on the lake. It truly is a beautiful view at Bella Vista.
