Poor customer service and odd doctors. The number on lenses was higher than my eyes. Their prescription was +2.5. I couldn't use the glasses. I asked for re-exam and their general Manger refused to do it because it was 32nd day after the exam date. I went to another place and they found that the prescription was wrong. My eyes are +2 and now I can easily read and write. At this center they just care about money. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES DO NOT GO THERE!!
Great Service at Bella Vision – I went to Bella Vision when I was due for a new prescription. Dr. Choe listened and prescribed me a new pair of lenses that ended up being very confortable. The reason I went to Bella Vision is because they have an amazing selection of fashionable yet affordable shades and frames. Professional technical knowledge with great customer service – Dr.Choe diagnosed me with a somewhat rare eye condition called, Keratoconus. Dr.Choe was very knowledgeable about Keratoconus and recommended a new contact for this condition called, Synergeyes. Dr.Choe led me through several fittings for these lenses as they require a very custom fit. These lenses fit perfectly. Poor Service – I subscribed the contact lenses at Bella Vision in year 2004. It was prescribed by Derrick Choe. The contact lenses I got didn't fit well and caused me trouble in reading and driving. I went back to exchange twice and still didn't work. On my third visit, Derrick Choe started to urge me go by Laser surgery. He claimed that contact lenses wouldn't work for me.
