Worst service ever Burnt food they refuse to give my money back or replace. Dirty and dingy In the restaurant I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like
NEVER have I been SO disappointed. We came in a little before 7pm and at 8pm we were still waiting for our food. After am hour wait we asked for it to go and our bill was $40. We watched people order after us and finish eating and we still didn't receive anything. DEFINITELY will NOT be coming back here.
The service and food was horrible. We used to order all of the time but will not order ever again. The service was non existent, the sauce was soured, my meal came out wrong and 15 minutes before my husband's. We didn't eat it and were made to pay for what we didn't get the day before my husband's cancer removal surgery. NEVER AGAIN
The best restaurant experience I have had in years...maybe ever. Left very full and with big smiles!! Couldn't have asked for more!
I have ordered from Bella Villa many of times and the last 2 times I have ordered have been horrible. Both times I ordered Cheeseburger Subs and the meat was not cooked all the way and the hamburger didn't even cover the bun. For the amount I paid for 2 subs this ridiculous. I will not be ordering anymore from them.
OMG, HOW I MISSED THE ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA AND CARROT CAKE IN THE WORLD! I USE TO LIVE DOWN THE ROAD FROM THIS RESTAURANT AND I WOULD ALWAYS ORDER A PEPPERONI AND SAUSAGE PIZZA AND TWO SLICES OF CARROT CAKE. I'VE MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE NOW BUT, I WILL BE VISITING AND WHEN I DO, I WILL BE COMING TO GET A SLICE OF THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD!
