I decided to have my gel nails removed so I thought I’d give Bella Vie another try. I wasn’t greeted with a hello. I instantly got attitude when I told the owner what I needed done. Not friendly through the whole service, and Not gentle at all. I had to tell “Donna” to slow down and be careful after getting the skin instead of the nail. I now understand why I don't see as many cars there on daily basis.

i made a last minute on Christmas Eve for my elderly mother. The technician was friendly, patient and accommodating. She took great care of my mom’s fragile skin and nails.We are so pleased with the manicure. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I went here a couple days ago. Majority of workers were so rude. Absolutely disgusting behavior and a constant bitchy attitude and they did not listen to what I wanted at all. I requested a color and they gave me a completely different one, even after saying it was the wrong color. The shaping was absolutely terrible too and wasn’t even the shape I told them and my nails look so terrible.

This was my first visit to this Nail Spa and I was quite pleased. A friend recommended I request Amy as my nail tech. She was excellent. She was patient and kind, with great technique and skills. The Spa was organized and clean with comfy seating. I will definitely return for another visit! Thank you Belle Vie!
