Love this place. Friendly, clean, fast, and a very professional mani/pedi. I always come here when I’m in VT.
Hands down the WORST manicure i have ever received in my entire life. nails are uneven, not even the same shape or length, lopsided and no straight lines. Furthermore, not remotely close to what I asked for. Sloppy work. I attached photos of what I asked for vs. what i received. I had to go home and file them myself to look even remotely okay. The photo is after I fixed them and they still look awful.
We had an 11am appointment for pedicures and they didnt start until noon. The woman doing my 10 year old nieces pedicure was very rough with her scraped up legs. My sister’s was done start to finish in less than 20 minutes after purchasing the most expensive pedicure package they had. We had manicure appointments as well but cancelled.
I’ve been going to this place since it opened. I liked that they lined the spa bowls with liners and pulled everything out of sterilized pouches… but I’m done. Their customer service has declined rapidly. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appt time.. and that was after three other people left annoyed about the wait. They accept whatever walkins they can.. and clearly are more concerned about quantity, not quality.
