If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to warn others so they don’t waste their time, money, and end up being treated the way I was. Terrible experience, my daughter and I went in for manicures. Were seated in spaces that seemed quite unclean, the same woman did both my daughters nails and mine so I waited while my daughter had hers done and vice versa. She did a little lotion massage and hot towel on my daughter but not on me (pricing was the same so she wasn’t getting a kids treatment or anything different than I should have gotten) the woman ended up cutting my cuticles and making me bleed. Terrible place to go to. My nails only last a week. And then I went back to get fill they over booked and probably had well over 30 people in there and ever seat for manicure and pedicure were taking but when I was Abel to sit down they took 2 hours to even to me just to a fills. My nails came out very messy and lumpy. Highly don’t recommend.

Let the overall rating of this place tell you everything you need to know. I booked an appointment for seven to get manicures the day before my wedding. We arrived at our appointment time. The girl with glasses was the most aggressive nail tech I’ve ever encountered. It got so bad that we were afraid to answer her questions. After 30 minutes of being ignored (no sorry we’re behind?) Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes even if you have an appointment. I sadly won’t go here anymore because my appointment was for 1:30 and I’m just now leaving at 3:30. Two hours for a basic mani pedi is unacceptable. The work is passable depending on who you get, but the past two times I’ve gone I’ve been cut on my cuticles which is obviously painful and also just insane.
