Got a manicure. The technician rushed through the process as she did 2 people at a time. I could have done a better join myself. Very disappointing.
My pedicure came out very nice - however it felt very rushed. We paid for the highest option pedicure (including the paraffin and hot stones), however the whole pedicure and add ons somehow were done in less than 30 minutes. My friend and I were a little disappointed by this, as we had heard such good things but felt the service did not meet the description of the pedicure. Nice people and very clean otherwise.
Do NOT go to Bella Vie in Williston for nails. I’ve been a repeat customer and have had mixed experiences, but tonight was unacceptable. Despite having an appointment, my tech rushed through my nails and the result is honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever received. The builder gel is lumpy, uneven and misshapen. I was able to make a last min appointment on a Thursday for gel pedicure. The staff was super kind, clean salon, (and quiet that day!). My nail technician was a sweetheart and did a perfect French tip gel pedicure!! Thanks so much, I found my new nail salon!
If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to warn others so they don’t waste their time, money, and end up being treated the way I was. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or made me feel welcome. The woman who appeared to be the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
