Been living at cortland of north Plano ( formerly Bella estates, formerly The mansions at Bella vida ) for over 10 years. Eddie ( high class employee ) and his team have done outstanding work since they stepped foot on the premise. I will leave my experience in this property where I lived. It seemed like a nice, cozy property. The biggest disgrace is the manager they have in charge of the property, a rude, unfriendly, racist person who does not know how to refer to the tenants, forgetting that one is the one who pays the rent. I had to move because according to her, I breached my contract, but I read my contract where there was a day for me to resolve it. This community might appear shiny, but beware of the front office people. We were first informed 500$ deposit and after 3 days of application process and paying application fees we were informed our deposit would be close to 3000$. Although their explanation were fair enough but it was quite a shock to us. We were discussing with our lease agent Eddie why the numbers were not transparent before starting the application procedure.
