Nice apartments but not a great location - city dump is next door I feel in love with this complex and signed a 2 year lease to get the great pricing discount on the 2 bedroom with a garage. They don't bother to tell you that you are living next to the county dump which is right across the golf course behing the nice hill. There were many days that is smelled so bad you could not go outside. Not a great place to live if you want to invite anyone over becuase the stench is quite embarassing. I have not lived there for 2 years... read more
Wish I could buy this place. I've lived here for almost 2 years and wish I could buy our apartment. Now called "Bella Vida," this is apartment living at it's finest. Yes, the prices are on the upper end of the spectrum, but so is everything else about this place. Attached garages to every unit, beautiful crown molding, vaulted ceilings (in some), designer tile in foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms, garden tubs, and MORE! VERY expensive, VERY nice The Mansions offers a resort-style living like nowhere else. The complex is smaller than some, but offers up to 4 bedroom homes. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pools are very nice. They offer lots of amenities, along with the most updated in custom living. If you can afford it, it's a great place to live!!
