I would like to recognize Joaquin for his hard work and effort!! He is the only worker that has gotten my dishwasher fixed..Many maintenance workers here have came and left broken promises that they'll return!! Joaquin fixed many things but others have left broken promises and didn't fix anything.Kudos to him you are appreciated Sir!!
My sister lived here and all I can say is believe the one star reviews. While visiting my sister I noticed all the work orders she put in to have her tub resurfaced and it never happened. My sister complained about her neighbor and the staff did nothing but made my sister fill out a complain form. Let’s not talk about the lies they said about my sister.
