Unprofessional, unreliable and frustrating!My fiancé has been trying to get ahold of these people for weeks. She would try in the mornings for 1-2 hours and again in the afternoon around 3pm with NO success. The worst part is when she did get an answer on two separate occasions, she was promised to get flagged as an urgent case and promised to get a return call… AND no return calls were given. It's very hard to get someone to answer the phone there. If you were given the opportunity to leave a message, nobody calls you back. I have a thyroid condition and taking thyroid medication. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to be on one medication. Then you take a blood test to check your levels and adjust the medicine accordingly.
