Luis, Hope & all his staff including the front staff have worked so very hard this year to provide me with the best health care!! I always feel like they take the time and listen to my concercens. In addition, Luis is constantly ordering nessesary tests, contacting other Doctors or whatever he feels is in my best interest. The entire staff is Always very Kind!! A few years ago my dear wife had a severe stroke. Kathy Fresquez- Chavez was there after the long hospital stay. She and her staff have always been empathetic and kind; missing qualities at lot of other places. Most importantly, they put our health foremost, while others lose sight of the principles. regarding fellow feeling, compassion, and love of neighbor. My nurse pa is nice, but the rest of the staff are difficult to work with. I've been trying to get through to them for days. No matter which line you select, no one answers and the mailbox is full. Not good if you're are dealing with serious issues. Go somewhere else if you can.
