We have had an excellent experience with our move to the Bella Victoria Apartments in Mesa. David Camarena, Asst. Manager, has made the application and move-in process a breeze. We were looking at a couple of other locations when we drove by and saw Bella. We described what we were looking for and David took us right to a perfect unit and helped us through the application and approval process.
2 years ago, this was a great place to live. The current management is not at all customer service oriented. Have a noise complaint about a neighbor? Mike will make a phone call and that's it. No validating the complaint, not follow up the issue was resolved. Have a problem on the weekend? Tough, the office is closed. Emergency maintenance ONLY.
