Finally someone listened – I have always had a haed time communicating my wants to the stylist. They never seem to get it. Or they just do what they feel like doing. I finally decided to go to bella Via after recieving a business card from a friend. I loved it. I went to Brandy, she was great! I explained my past stories, she asked me a lot of questions and just listened to all I had to say about me and what I want. Great Atmosphere to be in – I am always greeted by more then one employee when I arrive for my appointments, everyone is so friendly. I usually get my hair done with Shannon (Owner) but have gone to a few of the others, its always fabulous. She/they listen and give great suggestions. I never feel pressured into do something Im not sure of. Recently I had a massage with Kristy Miller, its was awesome. i have been going to bella via for years now and i LOVE the way that my hair turns out everytime i go there!!! i recommend everyone to go there that is looking for a great experience. The staffis very loving and careing and they listen to you if you just need to talk. and is VERY awesome with hair!!!!!
perfect – I just went to bella via. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but my hair was driving me nuts! It was too short to put up, and too long to leave down. The stylist was very friendly and helped me decide what would work well for me. We decided to go ahead and try a perm to make my curls behave, and help with the summer heat. So So – It was OK not great........ ............ hmmm What else. Shannon was nice. Salon decor was ok just not overly impressed when I went there.
Great Experience – I had my hair colored and cut here today. It was my first visit and Shannon was my stylist. They make you feel important here and you know you are in good hands. Two of the other ladies working came over and gave feedback and suggestions-Shannon explained that this team environment is how they operate, which makes them unique. Everybody was friendly. What a Great Experience – WOW!!!! What a great experience. A friendly, helpful receptionist, well trained knowledgable stylists. Everyone listened to what I had to say and gave great advice about cut and color that would work well for my hair. It is so refreshing to have someone take the time to listen and not rush on to the next person. My hair turned out fabulous and I booked my next appointment, I will definately go back. Did I mention the shampoo was to die for. Call ahead of time they are busy.
