This realty company is the worst at communicating to clients. They seemed to work for the buyer and not us. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional messages from the broker/owner and never informed us of anything.
We just closed on our house as a seller and I would definitely not use her again. Be sure to get hard copies of each version of your contract! And review carefully!! Listing descriptions did NOT correspond with contract and cost us an additional $1800 at closing. Lorraine was the realtor.

Update: Vendor responded saying I was never a customer. Correct! We evaluated you and you intentionally lowballed us by $100k so we didn't hire you and never will! -- Great for investment buyers, terrible for sellers. They work really hard to manipulate you into thinking that your that your home is worth less than it actually is so that they can nab a quick sale and call themselves the top sellers in the area.
