The stylists do great work. But the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Always have a long face and horrible attitude and are just completely rude. It’s also extremely inconvenient that you have to go through the front desk to schedule/communicate with any stylist about your hair. Seems like they’re super controlling over their stylists’ schedules/work. You can’t even do scheduling online anymore, they removed it from their site. Tried to set an appointment up for my wife, I called them multiple times but didn’t get an answer didn’t even have voicemail setup. I tried to book an appointment online but all I got is an error. I emailed them but they told me I have to call by phone and book online not over email which I tried and it wouldn’t work. This business has a lot of things wrong starting with just setting up an appointment.

Got really disappointed with this salon. Made my appointment in April for June with Lili. Suddenly right a week before my appointment I received a call that she can not make it on the day I scheduled. With my schedule I plan everything ahead and can’t change it that quickly. They could give me in appointment but in July( when prices go up). I don’t know if you guys trying to get more money from the customers or why this happened… Would not recommend their service to any of my friends.
